Can you as American citizens own land in Kenya?
We will not personally own this land, it is being set up as a non-profit ministry. We have met with a Kenyan lawyer and he has assured us there is a way forward for us in this.
How much money are you needing to raise?
USD$400,000
How will the finances be used?
75% is for purchase of the property
11% is for Kenya land tax
14% is to finish development of Escarpment Cottages
How much money is already raised?
USD$22,000 as of 2023 came to us through CTEN.
